Return Window
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all included accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or mishandling.
How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team through the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
