At LYNX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and fair return policy.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all included accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items that show clear signs of use, damage, or mishandling.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team through the contact form with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
