Will there be any import fees for USA, EU or UK?

There will be no import fees to any of the countries we ship to. We have warehouses in the USA, EU & UK so you won't have to pay any custom fees while also ensuring fast delivery times.

What is EU/UK friendly shipping?

Europe & UK asks a lot of import fees, about 20% of product value for products coming from outside, as we have warehouses in the EU, UK and USA we will be shipping locally and you won't have to pay any extra import fees. Our EU/UK prices include all possibly fees & taxes.

Will you be adding other countries to the shipping list?

We cannot commit yet to this endeavour, because one of our main goals was to secure fast & import free delivery to customers with affordable shipping costs.

But we ask you to keep an eye on our website, since we already received some requests and we are currently researching logistics and shipping solutions to try make it happen. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter as we do generally ship to more countries in our kickstarters.

What is your product design process?

We work with various independent designers all over the world for our products designs, box artwork and 3D designs. After coming up with a product idea, we test various design iterations & prototypes. After this testing phase we start looking for best factories & source the best materials to deliver products we can be proud off.

Will you be launching any more product?

We aim to launch at least 5 products a year, either direct to market or using Kickstarter. Please be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on our newest product & Kickstarter launched. We have 3 more products yet to launch this year, two direct to market and one using Kickstarter.
